Planning a trip to Africa is a long-awaited dream for many. Africa is a magical destination that touches your soul. The people, the animals, the vistas, the fragrances and sounds will forever be embedded in your memory.
Many clients ponder where to go on a first visit to Africa. South Africa, often called “A World in One Country” is an excellent choice. It is a country of incredible variety: world-famous wildlife, adventure, scenic beauty, diverse cultures, and amazing food and wine. South Africa has at least 10 official languages including English, which is widely spoken and understood. The perfect introduction to Africa is a combination of Cape Town (3 nights), Safari (3-4 nights), and a visit to Victoria Falls (2 nights) from either the Zimbabwe or Zambia side.
If extra time permits, adding Botswana provides the opportunity to see some of the most unique parks in Southern Africa.
A Great Migration Safari in East Africa (Tanzania/Kenya) is also an epic experience that allows you to experience two countries and many sought-after and famous locations. We can plan an itinerary designed to offer the best opportunities to witness the largest animal migration on the planet.
Another bucket-list option is Gorilla trekking in Uganda or Rwanda. To connect with our closest relatives in the animal world is a life-changing experience. These intelligent creatures are critically endangered, but thanks to income derived from tourism, the population has stabilized.
